Lavandula Calm is precisely formulated with Lavender, Kava and Withania to provide natural relief from nervous tension, stress, mild anxiety and sleeplessness

  • Helps relieve nervous unrest.
  • Traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to support nervous system and health.
  • Helps support emotional wellbeing.
  • Lavender is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to help relieve sleeplessness and excess nervous energy.
  • Withania is traditionally used in Ayurveda as a nervine tonic, to soothe/calm nerves and induce sleep.
  • Kava is used traditionally in the Pacific Islands medicine to aid/assist/help mind relaxation and to help relieve sleeplessness.

Formulation

Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) flower extract equiv. dry 400 mg
Withania somnifera (Withania) root extract equiv. dry 1g
Standardised to contain withanolides 2.5 mg
Piper methysticum (Kava) root extract equiv. dry 2.8 g
Standardised to contain kavalactones 40 mg

Dosage

Adults: 1 tablet 2-3 times daily.

Cautions

  • Not for prolonged use. If symptoms persist – seek advice from a healthcare practitioner.
  • Not recommended for pregnant or lactating women.
  • Kava may harm the liver.
