Signs of magnesium deficiency

Magnesium is an essential mineral that plays an important role in the health and function of our muscles. Signs of magnesium deficiency include muscle cramps and spasms, tics and twitches, tremors, and muscle weakness [1]. The demand for magnesium increases as physical activity levels increase.
