  • Coffee – Research suggests your morning coffee may even help reduce cardiovascular risk.
  • Salmon – An excellent protein source brimming with omega-3s, all important for heart health.
  • Leafy greens – Snack on spinach and leafy greens for healthy blood pressure and blood flow.
